Welcome and thank you for your interest in learning more about my work on behalf of this community!  I am honored and humbled to represent the people of Senate District 56 and be a strong voice for our eleven Washington County communities. 

During these most challenging times, the future of our next generation and Minnesota’s continued economic success depend on all of us working together and putting the best interests of our state first.

To address today’s economic challenges we must not only use common sense and compassion, but advocate for thoughtful, informed, and innovative solutions that acknowledge our changing demographics; identify greater efficiencies; and recognize the need for long-term, sustainable and fiscally responsible state budget policies.

The effectiveness of our political system depends on the strength and wisdom of our collective voice, which is why I truly appreciate that so many of you share with me your concerns, personal perspectives, suggestions, and insights.
